A. Motion to accept the Tax Collector’s report of Zero (0) additions to the Per Capital roll and
Sixty (60) permanent exonerations in the amount of $300.00 from the Greenville Tax Office.
B. Motion to accept the resignation of Officer Joshua Keach from the Greenville Police
Department.
C. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to promote Officer
Tyler McKinney from Part-Time to Full-Time Police Officer position from the Civil Service
Commission certified list.
D. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to hire Conner Biggs
as Part-Time Police Officer in the Greenville Police Department from the Civil Service
Commission list.
E. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to hire Jacob Kindle as
Part-Time Police Officer in the Greenville Police Department from the Civil Service
Commission list.

F. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to hire Jasmynn
Johnson as Assistant Code Enforcement Officer.
G. Motion to enter into an employment agreement with Jasmynn Johnson as the Assistant Code
Enforcement Officer through January 3, 3022.
H. Motion to authorize Andrew Weckman with the Weckman Initiative to install a playground
at the sports complex.
I. Motion to adopt Resolution 2020-20 to sell the 2005 GMC Sierra Truck (park truck).
J. Motion to adopt Resolution 2020-21 setting guidelines for the housing rehabilitation
program.
K. Motion to purchase a new Bobcat Skid Steer from Bobcat of Youngstown in the amount of
$56,700.44 to be paid with the Towns Liquid Fuels Funds.
L. Motion to approve the 2021 Minimum Municipal Obligations (MMO’s) for the pension
plans.
M. Motion to renew the School Resource Officer (SRO) Agreement with the Greenville Area
School District.
N. Motion to renew the School Resource Officer (SRO) Agreement with the Keystone Charter
School.
O. Motion to set Trick or Treat hour for the Town of Greenville on Saturday October 31st from
4-6 pm.
