MINUTES OF THE CDBG PUBLIC HEARING MEETING
OF THE TOWN OF GREENVILLE COUNCIL
HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS
Monday, November 22 2021 at 5:30 p.m.

3. Attorney Douglas called the public hearing to order – Attorney Douglas asked if Attorney
Barr had anything to add into the record prior to closing the hearing record. Attorney Barr noted
that he did not have any additional exhibits to be recorded. He was satisfied with what had been
submitted prior as long as the exhibits that were recorded as part of the transcript already. The
documents submitted on July 30, 2021, were the application letter with attachments, the site and
building plans, the project narrative and the DFCC traffic calculations.
Attorney Douglas then read aloud the conditions:
#1 CRNMC agrees to comply with all other applicable zoning ordinance provisions and all other
applicable regulations as established by the Torn of Greenville and the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, including but not limited to, building codes, business licensure, permits and fire
code requirements.
#2 The use of the property will remain consistent with the organization’s Mission Statement to
provide “recreational and educational programs, services and facilities in order to promote health,
wellbeing and activities that strengthens and unites our communities.” Any uses deemed outside
this Mission Statement are not permitted.

#3 CRNMC and its successors must provide the Town of Greenville 30 days written notice of its
intent to lease any portion of the premises. Such notice shall provide the name of the intended
lessee and the scope of the business said lessee intends to conduct on the property.
#4 The approval of this Conditional Use is contingent upon CRNMC and its successors
continuing to pay real estate taxes as a “non-exempt” organization.
Attorney Douglas asked if Mr. Barr had an additional testimony and he responded that he did not.
Attorney Douglas stated on behalf of the Greenville Planning Commission and Town of
Greenville Council that they were satisfied.
4. Adjournment
Having no other comments or before council, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 6:35pm.
