Call to Order Paul Hamill, Mayor 2. Roll Call: Paul Hamill, Mayor Linda Zuschlag, Deputy Mayor- Excused Tracy Beil, Councilor Jean Carr, Councilor Sean Hall, Councilor Anne Butcher, Councilor Evan Hereford, Councilor Ashton Martin, Junior Councilor Jasson W. Urey, Town Manager- Excused James E. Douglas, Solicitor – Zoom Also present: Frank Vanderslice Lisa Hamill Chris Conti Staff: Media: Rosalynn Reagle, Assistant Town Manager Caleb Stright, Record-Argus Billie Jo Rhoades, Administrative Assistant Roy Wilt III- Municipal Summer Intern 3. Mr. Chris Conti, Mercer County Regional Planning Commission - conducted the annual CDBG Public Hearing providing Council and visitors with a program overview and announced that the second meeting is scheduled for October 6th, 2022, with the due date of the application being October 28, 2022. The 2022 CDBG allocation will be $111,663 for the Town of Greenville. Mr. Conti reviewed the criteria for the application process. Mr. Conti and Council participated in discussion regarding what projects would be allowable. 4.
