Discuss motion to adopt Ordinance 1620, creating the Greenville Redevelopment Authority. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1621, setting a non-use aquifer in a designated area of the Town of Greenville. B. Discuss motion to provisionally appoint David Harris as a Full-Time Police Officer until the Civil Service Commission can conduct a competitive test. C. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from the Greenville Sanitary Authority to add a monthly Debt Service Sewer Rate for 2023 of $6.96 per EDU, replacing the 2022 rate $2.71 per EDU, for the debt service for Sewer Plant Upgrade Project.
