John Wise Matthew Breedlove Joel Rinella Chris Conti Staff: Media: Amy Hollowell, Administrative Assistant Caleb Stright, Record-Argus Rosalynn Reagle, Assistant Town Manager 5. Council President Hamill introduced Mr. Chris Conti, who presented information on the 2023 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Application. 6. Public Comments Mr. Joel Rinella asked how the public is informed on the availability of CDBG funds and if the town looks to other categories if no applications are received for the program. 7.
