A. Motion to accept the Tax Collector's report of zero (0) additions to the Per Capita roll and two
hundred and seven (207) permanent exonerations in the amount of $1,035.00 from the
Greenville tax office.
B. Motion to enact Resolution 2013-10 on Updated Municipal Records Manual.
C. Motion to enact Resolution 2013-01 on Disposal of Common Records.
D. Motion to accept the joint purchase of a JCB backhoe in the amount of $83,968, which will
be split between the Borough and the Sanitary Authority in the amount of $41,984 each.
E. Motion to award the low bid of $42.30/ton for year one, $42.30/ton for year two, and
$42.45/ton for year three, for sludge removal at the Waste Water Treatment Plant for a three
year period, from May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2016 to Allied Waste Services.
F. Motion to accept Thomas Fisher’s resignation letter from the Greenville Water Authority
Board effective march 14, 2013.
G. Motion to advertise for the open seat on the Greenville Water Authority Board.
H. Motion to accept the recommendation from Director of Public Services & Community
Development Lyle Huffman to hire Richard Brest for part-time summer help at $7.25/hour
effective April 9, 2013.
I. Motion to accept the recommendation from Director of Public Services & Community
Development Lyle Huffman to hire Eric McCann for part-time summer help at $7.25/hour
effective April 9, 2013.
J. Motion to authorize the Council President to sign the Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan Special
Study for the Greenville Sanitary Authority.
