A. Revive Riverside Clean-Up on Sunday, April 14th from 10am-5pm at Riverside Park.
B. Greenville Little League Opening Day Parade, April 27th at 9am.
C. 175th Anniversary Parade, Saturday, April 27th at 2pm. Registration forms are located in the
Borough office.
D. Kiwanis Club, National Day of Prayer at Central Park on Thursday, May 2nd from 10am-
2pm.
E. Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs Municipal Officials Training & Skills
Development Course, dates and times are located on flyer.
F. Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs Wake Up to the Issues Breakfast, Friday, April
12th from 7:30am-9:00am at Perkins Restaurant in Meadville.
G. Mercer County Borough’s Association Dinner on April 25th at 6pm at Carini’s Restaurant.
H. Farmer’s Market begins on Wednesday, May 1st.
I. Thiel College’s Groundbreaking Ceremony for The James Pedas Communication Center is
May 4th at 11am.

NEW BUSINESS:

A. There are zero (0) additions to the Per Capita roll and two hundred and seven (207)
permanent exonerations in the amount of $1,035.00 from the Greenville Tax office.
B. Discuss motion to enact Resolution 2013-10 on Updated Municipal Records Manual.
C. Discuss motion to enact Resolution 2013-01 on Disposal of Common Records.
D. Discuss motion of the joint purchase of a JCB backhoe in the amount of $83,968, which will
be split between the Borough and the Sanitary Authority in the amount of $41,984 each.
E. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from Councilor D’Alfonso to appoint
Katrynna Amos as a Junior Councilor effective September 5, 2013.
F. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from Councilor D’Alfonso to appoint Eric
Steck as a Junior Councilor effective September 5, 2013.
G. Discuss motion to award the low bid of $42.30/ton for year one, $42.30/ton for year two, and
$42.45/ton for year three, for sludge removal at the Waste Water Treatment Plant for a three
year period, from May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2016 to Allied Waste Services.
H. Discuss motion to accept Thomas Fisher’s resignation letter from the Greenville Water
Authority Board effective March 14, 2013.
I. Discuss motion to advertise for the Greenville Water Authority Board open seat.
J. Discuss recommendation from Director of Public Services & Community Development Lyle
Huffman to hire Richard Brest for part-time summer help at $7.25/hour effective April 9,
2013.
K. Discuss recommendation from Director of Public Services & Community Development Lyle
Huffman to hire Eric McCann for part-time summer help at $7.25/hour effective April 9,
2013.
L. Discuss motion authorizing the Council President to sign the Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan
Special Study for the Greenville Sanitary Authority.
