Motion to accept the Tax Collector's report of zero (0) additions to the Per Capita rolls and nine (9) permanent exonerations in the amount of $45.00 from the Greenville tax office. B. Motion to request the Civil Service Commission to update the Sergeant Police civil service list. C. Motion to accept the retirement of Dale Hightree from the Fire Department effective November 1, 2015. D. Motion to advertise the following open board seats which will expire December 31, 2015: Planning Commission – 4 year term Water Authority Board – 5 year term Zoning Hearing Board – 3 year term E. Motion to advertise the following open board seats which are currently vacant: Code Appeals Board – due to expire December 31, 2016 Zoning Hearing Board – due to expire December 31, 2017. F. Motion to adopt the Cooperation Agreement between Mercer County and the Borough of Greenville for the FY2015 CDBG Program Administration. G. Motion to adopt Resolution 2015-13 2015 CDBG Program. H. Motion to adopt Resolution 2015-14 Citizen Participation. I. Motion to adopt Resolution 2015-15 Time Warner-Charter Cable Franchise Transfer. J. As per the recommendation of the Code Committee, motion to advertise Ordinance 1550 revising the Non-Owner Occupied Property Inspection and Licensing. K. As per the recommendation of the Code Committee, motion to advertise Ordinance 1551 revising the Fire Code Inspection and Licensing. L. Motion to advertise the 2016 proposed budget. Page 2 of 3 M.
