The Horizon Hospital System Authorities Audited Financial Statements for the year ending June 30, 2015 is on file in the Borough office. D. There will be a special council meeting on November 23rd at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers to pass the 2016 budget and tax ordinances. E. Fall leaf pick up is scheduled for the week of November 9th. F. Reminder to all residents that obstructions (leaves) of any kind cannot be placed on streets or sidewalks. G. Discuss motion to advertise the following open board seats which are currently vacant: Code Appeals Board – due to expire December 31, 2016 Zoning Hearing Board – due to expire December 31, 2017. E. Discuss a motion to adopt the Cooperation Agreement between Mercer County and the Borough of Greenville for the FY2015 CDBG Program Administration. F.
