A. Motion to accept the Tax Collector’s Report of Zero (0) additions to the Per Capita roll and Two
(2) exonerations in the amount of $10.00 from the Greenville Tax Office.
B. Motion to advertise for the following open board seats which will expire December 31,
2018:
- Civil Service Commission (Alfred Peden) – 6 year term
- Code Appeals Board (Donald Cornman) – 5 year term
- Code Appeals Board (Lisa Holm) – 5 year term
- Mercer County Regional Planning Commission (Janet Earle) – 3 year term

Services Tax Rate (3 mills).

indebtedness (8.58 mills).

P. Motion to advertise for one (1) vacant council seat with a term expiring on December 31,
2019.
Q. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to retain Kenneth
Rimer (was hired as PT Summer Help) as year around part time help for the Public Works
Department at a wage of $9.00/hr.
R. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company and
Relief Association to appoint Shylee Turner to the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company.
