A. Motion to accept the Tax Collector’s report of Eighteen (18) additions to the Per Capita roll and
Fifteen (15) permanent exonerations in the amount of $75.00 from the Greenville Tax Office.
B. Motion to advertise ordinance 1587 to update the Greenville Borough Police Pension Plan. No
changes are being made to the plan, just updating it to IRS standards.
C. Motion to advertise ordinance 1588 to update the Greenville Borough Fire Pension Plan. No
changes are being made to the plan, just updating it to IRS standards.
D. Motion to adopt the Greenville Borough Police Pension Plan Amendment to waive the member
contribution.
E. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to hire Nicklaus Huffman
as a Skilled Laborer in the Street Department.
F. Motion to authorize the Borough Manager/Secretary to execute/certify a copy of the Home Rule
Study Commission Report and submit it to the Mercer County Board of Elections.
G. Motion to hire Joshua Coppick as a Part-time Police Officer with the Greenville Police
Department from the Civil Service Commission eligibility list.
H. Motion to adopt Resolution 2019-10 to sell the 2007 F350 Dump Truck at the Airport.
I. Motion to adopt Resolution 2019-11 to sell the 2007 John Deere Tractor at the Airport.
J. Motion to adopt the 2019 Borough of Greenville Pedestrian Circulation Study.
K. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Street Committee to advertise for a Borough
Street Repair Project.
L. Motion to advertise for bids for replacing the roof on the Borough Building.
M. Motion to appoint Garrett Potter to the Junior Councilor position.
