Approval of Department and Staff Reports A. Financials – July 2021 B. Code – July 2021 C. Fire – July 2021 D. Police – July 2021 8. Unfinished Business A. Motion to authorize a change order to the Alan Avenue Project to include road paving, sanitary manhole replacements, and inspections at a cost of $300,000. 9. New Business A. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Greenville Sanitary Authority to execute the Consent Order and Agreement between the Department of Environmental Protection and the Greenville Borough Sanitary Authority and the Greenville Borough. B. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Greenville Sanitary Authority to add a monthly Debt Service Sewer Rate for 2022 of $2.71 per EDU for the debt service for design costs for the Sewer Plant Upgrade Project. C. Motion to recognize and appreciate __________ as yard of the month. • 30 Second Avenue, Terri Miller D. Motion to promote Sean Flanagan from parttime to fulltime Police Officer contingent on the certification of the Civil Service Commission. E. Motion to approve the request to allow open containers in a designated and controlled area for the Fraternal Order of Eagles Annual Picnic, on club property, scheduled for August 21, 2021 from 12pm until 6pm. F. Motion to appoint _________ to the Civil Service Commission with a term expiring on December 31, 2023. ▪ Ed Taczanowsky G. Motion to accept the application as complete from the Community Recreation of Northern Mercer County group regarding their Conditional Use request for 71 Columbia Avenue. H. Motion to set a special council meeting/hearing date for the Conditional Use request for the property located at 71 Columbia Avenue to be held within 45 days of acceptance of a complete application.
