Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from the Greenville Sanitary Authority to execute the Consent Order and Agreement between the Department of Environmental Protection and the Greenville Borough Sanitary Authority and Greenville Borough. B. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from the Greenville Sanitary Authority to add a monthly Debt Service Sewer Rate for 2022 of $2.71 per EDU for the debt service for design costs for the Sewer Plant Upgrade Project.
