Douglas, Solicitor – Zoom Also present: Dr. Mary Jane Hirt (Zoom) Cherie Sullivan Vicki Mills Lela Shields Marlene Keep Shawn Smith Melanie Nutkins Marlene McConnell Vicki Byers Frank Vanderslice Manuel Beers Michael McLaughlin Robert O’Leary Staff: Media: Lyle Huffman, Assistant Town Manager Caleb Stright, Record-Argus Rosalynn Reagle, Administrative Assistant 3. Mr. Chris Conti, Mercer County Regional Planning Commission - conducted the annual CDBG Public Hearing providing Council and visitors with a program overview and announced that the second meeting is scheduled for September 13, 2021 with the due date of the application being October 28, 2021. Mr. Conti reviewed the criteria for the application process. Mr. Conti, Council and Mr. Urey participated in discussions regarding the allocations and how they would not vary much from last years allocations. Mr. Conti, Council and Mr. Urey then participated in discussions regarding what projects would be allowable under the different allocation line items. A few of the residents asked if fixing the crosswalk at Penn Avenue and Main Street could be done using those funds.
