A. Motion to appoint Sharp Collections as the agency for the collection of delinquent Per Capita
taxes from July 1, 2022 through June 30th, 2023.
B. Motion to advertise for the following open board seats which will expire June 30th, 2022:
• Horizon Hospital System Authority (John O’Malley) – 5-year term
• Greenville Sanitary Authority (Paul Hamill) – 5-year term
• Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone (Ellen Pardee) – 4-year term
C. Motion to retain KLH Engineers, Inc. to provide the engineering services for the N. Main
Street Storm Water Relocation Project.
D. Motion to hire Alec Badger as a Department of Public Works Employee.
E. Motion to allow open containers on Main Street between Water Street and Mercer Street on
May 28th and June 18th from 12 pm to 9 pm and allow open containers in the parking lot of
240 Main Street on May 21st from 3 pm to 8 pm.
F. Motion to enter into an agreement with the owner of 173 Main Street to secure the building
up in exchange for an option to purchase the property.
G. Motion to retain Patton Engineering LLC. to provide engineering services in relation to 173
Main Street.
H. Motion to award an emergency contract to Allegheny Concrete in the amount of $24,400 to
secure the building located at 173 Main Street.
