Call to Order Paul Hamill, Mayor 2. Invocation: Flag Salute led by Councilor Tracy Beil 3. Roll Call: Paul Hamill, Mayor Linda Zuschlag, Deputy Mayor Tracy Beil Anne Butcher Jean Carr Sean Hall – Excused Evan Hereford Ashton Martin, Jr. Councilor – Excused Jasson W. Urey, Town Manager James E. Douglas, Solicitor Also present: Frank Vanderslice Dan Little Staff: Media: Earl Corp, Record-Argus 4. Public Comments (5 minutes time limit) Resident – None. Non-Resident – None. 5. New Business Motion by Councilor Butcher, seconded by Councilor Zuschlag to adopt Resolution 2022-04, authorizing application and signatures for the Keystone Communities Grant documents in the amount of $50,000 for emergency stabilization of blighted buildings in the downtown business corridor. Not match is required. Motion carried 6-0. 6. Council Comments 1 Town of Greenville Council Minutes 05-19-22 Councilor Hereford announced how impressed he was that this has happened so quickly. Councilor Butcher thanked Senator Brooks. Councilor Beil thanked Senator Brooks. 7. Mayor Comments Mayor Hamill had no comments. 8. Junior Councilor Comments No comments were made in absence. 9. Town Manager Comments Mr. Urey announced that the scaffolding is the process of being erected and the street will be opening soon. 10.
