A. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-03, appointing members to the Mercer County Tax
Collection Committee.
B. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-04, participation in the 2023 Mercer County Joint Seal
Coat Bid Program.
C. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-05, authorizing application to PENNVEST for the
N. Main Street Storm Sewer Project.
D. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-06, authorizing application to PENNVEST for the N.
Third Street Storm Sewer Project.
E. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Airport Commission to grant The Freedom
Festival use of the airport property for the July 1, 2023 festival and to allow open containers
in a designated and controlled area.
F. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Strategic Management Committee to enter
into a 25-year lease for the limited use of Packard Field by the Greenville High School in
return for $47,650 of new fencing to be installed at the expense of the Greenville School
District.
G. Motion to use the optional provision of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations to appoint
Tyler Glenn to the position of Full-Time Police Officer.
H. Motion to promote Michael Moore from Part-Time to Full-Time Police Officer from the
Civil Service Commission Certified List of Three.

I. Motion to hire _____________ as a New Hire Full-Time Police Officer from the Civil
Service Commission Certified List of Three.
J. Motion to hire _____________ as a New Hire Part-Time Police Officer from the Civil

Assistant through January 2, 2024.
L. Motion to appoint Brent Ward to the Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone (Janet Earle’s
remaining term), expiring June 30, 2024.
M. Motion to advertise for the following open board seat:
• Greenville Redevelopment Authority (Janet Earle) expiring December 31, 2025
N. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company and
Relief Association to appoint Mary Jones to the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company.
