Motion to advertise for an alternate seat on the Zoning Hearing Board with a term expiring December 31, 2026. This is a 3-year term. B. Motion to advertise for a seat on the Zoning Hearing Board with a term expiring December 31, 2026. This is a 3-year term. C. Motion to advertise for a seat on the Greenville Water Authority expiring on December 31, 2028. This is a 5-year term. D. Motion to advertise for (6) seats on the Airport Commission expiring December 31, 2024. This is a 1-year term. E. Motion to advertise (3) seats on the Code Appeals Board with the terms expiring December 31, 2025, 2027, and 2028. F. Motion to advertise for (2) seats on the Greenville Planning Commission with a term expiring December 31, 2027. This is a 4-year term. G. Motion to advertise for a seat on the Vacancy Board expiring on December 31, 2024. This is a 1-year term. H. Motion to advertise for a seat on the Civil Service Commission with a term expiring December 31, 2029. This is a 6-year term. I. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-24, authorizing small borrowing for the purchase of police cruisers. L. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-25, authorizing the transfer of a liquor license from the City of Sharon to the Borough of Greenville for the Majestic Bar & Grille, LTD. M. Motion to ratify the collective bargaining agreement with the Greenville Borough Firefighter, IAFF, Local 1976 for a 4-year term (1/1/2024 through 12/31/2027). N. Motion to adopt the job descriptions for the Public Works Laborer, Public Works Plant Laborer, Public Works Skilled Craft, and Public Works Plant Skilled Craft. O. Motion to hire Michael Fry as a Public Works Laborer. P. Motion to hire Ben Scobbie as a Public Works Laborer. Q. Motion to advertise the 224 Capital Improvement Plan. R. Motion to advertise the 2024 proposed Airport, General, Sewer, Fire Service Fee, Storm Water Utility, and Capital Budgets. S. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1635, establishing the 2024 General Purposes Tax Rate (12 mills). T. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1636, establishing the 2024 Special Purposes Fire Protection Services Tax Rate (3 mills). U. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1637, establishing the 2024 General Tax Rate for Indebtedness (10.58). V. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1638, establishing the 2024 Earned Income Tax Rate (.5% increase) (2.25% for residents (1.75% for the Town and .5% for the School District) and 1.0% for non-residents). W. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1639, establishing the 2024 Realty Transfer Tax Rate of 2.0% (1.5% for the Town and .5% for the School District. This is a .5% increase from the 2023 rate). 10.
