A. Motion to adopt Ordinance 1640 to update the Town of Greenville Police Pension Plan to
waive the member contribution requirement for 2024.
9. New Business
A. Motion to accept the resignation of Frank Vanderslice from the Code Appeals Board.
B. Motion to advertise for the vacant seat on the Code Appeals Board with a term expiring on
December 31, 2024.
C. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Street Committee and adopt Resolution
2024-03, participating in the 2024 Mercer County Joint Seal Coat Bid Program.
D. Motion to enter into a Management Agreement with the Greenville Redevelopment
Authority for the Authority’s day-to-day operations.
E. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1641, creating a Blighted Property Review Committee.
F. Motion to advertise bids for copier equipment leasing and services.
G. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Street Committee and award the low bid of
$67,875.00 to Mar-Allen Concrete for the Lebanon Avenue Bridge Repair Project.
