Motion to accept the resignation of Frank Vanderslice from the Code Appeals Board. B. Motion to advertise for the vacant seat on the Code Appeals Board with a term expiring on December 31, 2024. C. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Street Committee and adopt Resolution 2024-03, participating in the 2024 Mercer County Joint Seal Coat Bid Program. D. Motion to enter into a Management Agreement with the Greenville Redevelopment Authority for the Authority’s day-to-day operations. E.
