Motion to accept the recommendation from the Strategic Management Committee to enter into a transfer agreement for the donation of 204 Main Street (parcel 55 510 093), plus all closing costs that will be incurred. B. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to Promote Cody Mowris to Lieutenant in the Greenville Fire Department from the Civil Service Commission’s Certified List of Three. C. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to award CDBG Demolition Project Number 24-01 to Siegel Excavating, LLC, with the low bid of $19,000.00, for 80 Clarksville Street and 144 N. High Street. D. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to advertise for a Full- Time Public Works Department Laborer. E. Motion to accept the recommendation for the Strategic Management Committee to adopt Resolution 2024-11, authorizing application for a DCED Multimodal Transportation Fund Granit in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000 for road and ADA ramp rehabilitation.
