Public Comments None. 6. Nominations for Council President Motion by Councilor Auchter, seconded by Councilor Shaw, to nominate Brian W. Shipley as Council President. A roll call vote was taken: Councilor Hollowell Yes Councilor Shaw Yes Councilor Auchter Yes Councilor Zuschlag Yes Councilor Shipley Yes Motion carried, 5-0. The Mayor then turned the meeting over to the Council President. 7. Nominations for Council Vice President Councilor Shaw nominated Pamela S. Auchter as Council Vice President. 8. Motion for Council Vice President Motion by Councilor Shaw, seconded by Councilor Hollowell, to elect Pamela S. Auchter as Council Vice President. A roll call vote was taken: Councilor Hollowell Yes Councilor Shaw Yes Councilor Auchter Yes Councilor Zuschlag Yes Councilor Shipley Yes Motion carried, 5-0. 9. Nominations and election President Pro Tem Motion by Councilor Auchter to nominate Alfred Peden as President Pro Tem. Motion by Councilor Auchter, seconded by Councilor Shaw, to elect Alfred Peden as President Pro Tem. A roll call vote was taken: Councilor Hollowell Yes Councilor Shaw Yes Councilor Auchter Yes Councilor Zuschlag Yes Councilor Shipley Yes Motion carried, 5-0. 10. Motion to appoint: A. Motion by Councilor Auchter, seconded by Councilor Shaw, to appoint the following: (a) Borough Manager – Jasson W. Urey (b) Secretary/Treasurer – Jasson W. Urey (c) Open Records Officer – Jasson W. B. Motion by Councilor Auchter, seconded by Councilor Hollowell, to re-appoint Fred Murrin, George Long, J. Henry Barton, Charles Eaves, Gordon Richardson, and Robert Murrin for a 1 year term to the Airport Commission. Motion carried. C. Motion by Councilor Shaw, seconded by Councilor Zuschlag, to re-appoint Joanne Price for a 6 year term to the Civil Service Commission. Motion carried. D. Motion by Councilor Auchter, seconded by Councilor Shaw, to re-appoint Lisa Holm for a 5 year term to the Code Appeals Board. Motion carried. E. Motion by Councilor Shaw, seconded by Councilor Auchter, to re-appoint Brian Shipley for a 3 year term to the Consistency Review Committee. Motion carried. F. Motion by Councilor Hollowell, seconded by Councilor Auchter, to re-appoint John Hauser for a 4 year term to the Planning Commission. Motion carried. G. Motion by Councilor Zuschlag, seconded by Councilor Shaw, to re-appoint Marion Rosselot for a 5 year term to the Water Authority Board. Motion carried. H. Motion by Councilor Auchter, seconded by Councilor Hollowell, to re-appoint David Shilling and Thea Arai for 3 year terms to the Zoning Hearing Board. Motion carried. 16. New Business Motion by Councilor Shaw, seconded by Council Zuschlag, to authorize the Mercer County Regional Planning Commission to submit a grant application for the PA SCED Access Grant.
