Mercer MPO newsletter on local bridge projects is on file at the Borough office. B. Mercer County Borough’s Association Dinner will be held on January 23rd at Muscarella’s Café Italia at 6pm. C. The 2013 listing of unpaid real estate and per capita taxes has been received from the Greenville Tax Collector and is on file in the Borough office. D. Yellowbooks will be delivered between April 2nd and April 30th. PUBLIC COMMENTS COUNCIL CONSIDERATION UNFINISHED BUSINESS: A. Discuss motion to enact Ordinance 1532 Sewer Lateral Inspections. B. Discuss motion to award the Sewer Lateral Inspection Contract to the low bid of $145,800 for 36 months to Steve Vosler, 376 Mercer Road, Greenville for sewer lateral inspections in the Borough. C. Discuss Resolution 2014-06 Sewer Lateral Fees. NEW BUSINESS: A. There are zero (0) additions to the Per Capita roll and six (6) permanent exonerations in the amount of $30.00 from the Greenville Tax office. B. Discuss motion to renew contract with Reeves Information Technology, current contract expires January 31, 2014. C. Discuss Resolution 2014-01 to assign new Tax Collection Committee (TCC) delegates. 1  D. Discuss authorizing Council President to sign the public standby fire protection main line and hydrant rental agreement with the Greenville Water Authority. E. Discuss accepting the recommendation from the Borough Manager to hire Eric McCann as full time Skilled Laborer effective January 13, 2014. F. Discuss accepting the recommendation from the Borough Manager to request the Civil Service Commission to update the police civil service list. G. Discuss Resolution 2014-02 Creating Policies and Procedures for Public Meetings. H. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to make payment to Hempfield Township for earned income taxes in the amount of $8,356.94 as a result of the close out audit of Keystone Collections. I. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to enter into a contract with General Code for code codification services. J. Discuss recommendation from Borough Manager to purchase two new F-550 dump trucks with plow and salt packages in the amount of $78,620 each. K. Discuss recommendation from Borough Manager to purchase new tar kettle in the amount of $46,700. L. Discuss Resolution 2014-03 Sale of 1999 Ford F-350 Pickup Truck with Salt Spreader and Plow. M.
