E. Motion to authorize Council President to sign the public standby fire protection main line and hydrant rental agreement with the Greenville Water Authority. F. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Borough Manager to hire Eric McCann as full time Skilled Laborer effective January 13, 2014. G. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Borough Manager to request the Civil Service Commission to update the police civil service list. H. Motion to authorize the Borough Manager to make payment to Hempfield Township for earned income taxes in the amount of $8,356.94 as a result of the close out audit of Keystone Collections. J.
