INFORMATIONAL - None 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS - None 3. REORGANIZATION A. Motion by Mr. Hamill, second by Mrs. Butcher to nominate Robin Douglas as the Vice Chairperson. Motion carried 4-0. B. Motion by Mrs. Butcher, second by Mrs. Douglas to nominate Paul Hamill as the Secretary. Motion carried 4-0. 4. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES A. Motion by Mr. Hamill, second by Mrs. Butcher to accept the minutes from the October 22, 2020 regular meeting. Motion carried 4-0. 5. FINANCIAL REPORTS A. Motion by Mr. Hamill, second by Mrs. Butcher to accept the December 2020 Treasurer’s report for the Sanitary Fund. Motion carried 4-0. B. Motion by Mrs. Butcher, second by Mrs. Hollowell to accept the September 2020 Treasurer’s report for the Stormwater Fund. Motion carried 4-0. C. Motion by Mr. Hamill, second by Mrs. Douglas to adjourn to executive session to discuss a personnel matter at 6:32 PM. Motion carried 4-0. B.
