Greenville Sanitary Authority 4-22-21 GREENVILLE SANITARY AUTHORITY GREENVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA MEETING MINUTES Thursday, April 22, 2021, ~ 6:00 p.m. CALL TO ORDER Mr. Bailey called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm ROLL CALL: Jonathan Bailey, Chairperson Anne Butcher Robin Douglas, Vice-Chairperson – ATTENDED VIRTUALLY Paul Hamill, Secretary Vacancy OTHERS PRESENT: Jasson Urey, Town Manager Lyle Huffman, Assistant Town Manager James Douglas, Solicitor John Mowry, KLH Engineers PUBLIC: None 1. INFORMATIONAL - None 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS - None 3. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES A. Motion by Mrs. Butcher, second by Mr. Hamill to accept the minutes from January 28, 2021, regular meeting, the February 25, 2021, special meeting, and the March 25, 2021, special meeting. Motion carried 4-0. 5. FINANCIAL REPORTS A. Motion by Mr. Hamill, second by Mrs. Butcher to accept the March 2021 Treasurer’s report for the Sanitary Fund. Motion carried 4-0. B. Motion by Mr. Hamill, second by Mrs. Butcher to accept the March 2021 Treasurer’s report for the Stormwater Utility Fund. Motion carried 4-0. 6. ENGINEER’S REPORT(S) A. Motion by Mrs. Butcher, second by Mr. Hamill to accept the March 2021 Engineer’s report. Motion carried 4-0. 7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS - None 8. NEW BUSINESS Page 1 of 2 Greenville Sanitary Authority 4-22-21 A. Motion by Mr. Hamill, second by Mrs. Butcher to authorize KLH to put together bid specs and advertise for CCTV work on the Sanitary Sewer lines along Clarksville Street. Motion carried 4-0. 9. AUTHORITY MEMBERS COMMENTS - None 10. TOWN MANAGER COMMENTS - None 11. ASSISTANT TOWN MANAGER COMMENTS - None 12. NEXT MEETING – July 22, 2021, @ 6 PM 13. ADJOURNMENT A.
