Discuss motion to adopt Ordinance 1604, Amending its Existing ACT 47 Exit Plan, by approving an eighteen-month extension to Greenville’s ACT 47 Plan. The eighteen-month extension will extend the exit date from April 9, 2022 to October 9, 2023. 2 B. Discuss motion to adopt Ordinance 1605 in accordance with the Greenville Home Rule Charter authorizing indebtedness for the sewer plant upgrade project. NEW BUSINESS: A. Presentation from Town Manager providing the quarterly update on financials of the Town. B. Discuss motion to authorize the Chamber of Commerce to do upgrades to Central Park. C. Discuss the recommendation from the Code Committee and the Greenville Planning Commission to reject the conditional use application from Community Recreation of Northern Mercer County as being incomplete. D. Discuss the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to concur with the adoption of the updated Police Policy Manual. E. Discuss motion to accept the proposal from General Code to update the Codifided Ordinances to be consist wtith the Home Rule Charter. F. Discuss the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to adopt the memorandum of understanding with the Greenville fire fighters Local 1976 to clarify FLSA overtime pay. G. Discuss the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to adopt the job descriptions for the Public Works Employee, Forman, Plant Forman, and Plant Operator.
