PUBLIC COMMENTS - None 2. NEW BUSINESS - A. DISCUSSED the potential sale of the Sanitary Sewer System asset. B. DISCUSSED the Letter of Intent from AQUA requesting an “Exclusivity Period” of 180 days to conduct a “due diligence” survey of the Sanitary Sewer System asset. • Marc Lucca, President, AQUA Pennsylvania explained the Letter of Intent and fielded questions from the Authority. C. MOTION by Mr. Bromley, second by Mr. Hamill to approve the Authority Chairman, Jonathan Bailey, to sign the Letter of Intent from AQUA requesting an “Exclusivity Period” of 180 days to conduct a “due diligence” survey of the Sanitary Sewer System asset.
