Greenville Sanitary Authority 01-25-24 GREENVILLE SANITARY AUTHORITY GREENVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA REGULAR SESSION MINUTES Thursday, January 25, 2024 ~ 6:00 pm CALL TO ORDER Mr. Bailey called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm ROLL CALL: Jonathan Bailey Anne Butcher – Excused Robin Douglas via Teams Paul Hamill Vacant OTHERS PRESENT: Jasson Urey, Town Manager Rosalynn Reagle, Assistant Town Manager James Douglas, Solicitor Rob Horvat, KLH Engineers PUBLIC: None 1. INFORMATIONAL - None 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS - None 3. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES A. MOTION by Mr. Hamill, seconded by Mrs. Douglas, to accept the minutes of the October 26, 2023, regular meeting and the December 21, 2023, special meeting. Motion carried 3-0. 4. FINANCIAL REPORTS A. MOTION by Mr. Hamill, seconded by Mrs. Douglas, to accept the December 2023 treasurer's report for the Sanitary Fund. Mr. Urey discussed with the Board the upcoming purchase of two muffin monsters along with the cost of installation. Motion carried 3-0. B. MOTION by Mr. Hamill, seconded by Mrs. Douglas, to accept the December 2023 treasurer's report for the Storm Water Utility Fund. Mr. Urey updated the Board with the PENNVEST closing for the N. Main Street project and the award for the upcoming N. Third Street project. Motion carried 3-0. 5. ENGINEER’S REPORT/KLH ENGINEERS, INC. A. Motion by Mr. Hamill, seconded by Mrs. Douglas, to accept the December 2023 engineer’s report. Mr. Horvat reviewed the report with the Board and provided additional information as necessary.
