Non-Resident – Mr. Ron Gerber spoke regarding the Storm Water Utility. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: A. Presentation regarding Storm Water Utility by Jasson Urey, Borough Manager, and Lyle Huffman, Director of Public Services. 1 Borough of Greenville Council Minutes 02-25-16 NEW BUSINESS: A. Motion by Councilor Hollowell, seconded by Councilor Bailey to advertise Ordinance 1557, amending the Non-Uniformed Municipal Pension Plan Administered by the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System. Motion carried 6 – 0. PUBLIC COMMENTS (Related to the agenda) Mr. Joe Gula spoke regarding the Storm Water Utility. Mr. Joel McDowell spoke regarding the Storm Water Utility. Mr. Ron Gerber spoke regarding the Storm Water Utility. Mr. Steve Harakal spoke regarding the Storm Water Utility. ADJOURNMENT TO EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion by Councilor Zuschlag, seconded by Councilor Bailey to adjourn this session of Council to executive session to discuss litigation matters at 7:47pm. Motion carried 6 – 0. Motion by Councilor Hollowell, seconded by Councilor Bailey to adjourn from executive session at 8:29pm. Motion carried 4 – 0. ADJOURNMENT Having no other business before council, motion by Councilor Hollowell, seconded by Councilor Bailey, to adjourn the meeting at 8:30pm. Motion carried 4 – 0.
