Call to Order Benjamin Beck, Council President 3. Roll Call: Benjamin Beck, Council President Paul Hamill, Council Vice President Linda Zuschlag, Council President Pro Tempore Jonathan Bailey Dane Mincer Evian Zukas-Oguz Evan Hereford, Mayor Grace Mariacher, Junior Councilor - Absent Jasson W. Urey, Borough Manager James E. Douglas, Solicitor - Excused Also present: Tracy Beil 4. Public Comments Resident – None. Non-Resident – None. 5. New Business A. Motion by Councilor Bailey, seconded by Councilor Zuschlag to approve sealing work to be completed on Quarry Street, the 300 foot section almost at the top of West Main Hill that is within the Borough limits, by Martuccio Asphalt & Paving at the quoted price of $8,900.00 pending Penn Dot approval. Motion carried 6-0. 6. Public Comments Resident – Tracey Beil – Questioned if any paving work that was completed in the Borough had any maintenance agreement on it. Mr. Urey stated that the specific project just voted on did not, but larger projects are required to have a 1 year maintenance bond. 7.
