Call to Order Paul Hamill, Council President 2. Urey, Borough Manager James E. Douglas, Solicitor – Excused Also present: Paul Molton Staff: Media: Caleb Stright, Record-Argus 3. Public Comments (5 minutes time limit) Resident – None Non-Resident – None. 4. New Business A. Motion by Councilor Hall, seconded by Councilor Butcher to accept the resignation of Ryan Polichena as Part-Time Police Officer from the Greenville Police Department. Motion carried 7-0. B. Motion by Councilor Zuschlag, seconded by Councilor Butcher to accept the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to promote Joshua Keach from Part-Time Police Officer to Full-Time Police Officer with the Greenville Police Department from the Civil Service certified list. Council held discussions. Motion carried 7-0. 1 Borough of Greenville Council Minutes 06-10-19 5. Council Comments Councilor Mincer welcomed Officer Keach. Councilor Bailey announced that he will not be in attendance for next week’s work session. 6.
