Motion by Councilor Beil, seconded by Councilor Carr, to adopt Resolution 2023-02 authorizing the Manager to sign the PENNDOT Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement. Motion carried 5-0. 6. Council Comments – None. 7. Junior Councilor Comments - None 8. Mayor Comments - Wished Dylan Hamill a happy 21st birthday and announced that he is running for Mercer County Commissioner in the 2023 election. 9. Town Manager Comments - None 10.
