Mercer MPO newsletter on local bridge projects is on file at the Borough office. C. Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 6:00pm in Council Chambers to adopt the proposed 2014 budget. D. The Horizon Hospital System Authority Audited Financial Statements for the year ending June 30, 2013 is on file at the Borough office. E. The Horizon Hospital System Authority Annual Report of Municipal Authorities for 2013 is on file at the Borough office. F. Christmas in Central Park light up night will be December 7th. G. Waste Management will be doing their annual leaf pick-up the week of December 16th. Leaves must be placed in biodegradable bags and put out with regular garbage that week. There are zero (0) additions to the Per Capita roll and nineteen (19) permanent exonerations in the amount of $95.00 from the Greenville Tax office. B. Discuss motion to advertise the 2014 proposed budget. 1  C. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1525 establishing the 2014 General Purposes Tax Rate (21.5 mills). D. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1526 establishing the 2014 General Tax Rate for Indebtedness (8.58 mills). E. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1527 establishing the 2014 Earned Income Tax Rate (Lowering rates to 1.28% for residents, 1.185% for non-residents. Current rates are 1.56% for resident and 1.37% for non-resident). F. Discuss recommendation from Code Committee to advertise Ordinance 1528 Non-Owner Occupied Property Inspection and Licensing. G.
