UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. None.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. There are zero (0) additions to the Per Capita roll and four (4) permanent exonerations in the
amount of $20.00 from the Greenville Tax office.
B. Discuss Resolution 2014-11 for authorizing execution of the Time Warner Cable Franchise
Agreement.
C. Discuss Resolution 2014-12 Sale of 1997 Ford F150 Truck.
D. Discuss Resolution 2014-13 for Borough Manger to sign agreement with Penn DOT for
reimbursement of sewer line relocation project located by Hittle Auto Supply completed in
2012.
E. Discuss accepting the recommendation from Lawrence County Social Services Inc. to
proceed with housing rehabilitation at 40 N. High Street.
F. Discuss authorizing the Borough Manager to make payment to Jamestown Borough for
earned income taxes in the amount of $602.35 as a result of the close out audit of Keystone
Collections.
G. Discuss motion to leasing space at the Rec Center to the Mercer County Area Agency on
Aging, Inc for the purpose of operating a senior center.
H. Discuss motion to lease Packard Baseball Field to Greenville Area School District for a 2
year term commencing from March 1, 2015 and ending on June 30, 2016.
I. Discuss motion to proceed with the sale of the property located at 16 N. Main Street.
J. Discuss extending the agreement with UPMC Horizon for parking permits effective until
September 30, 2017.
