The Christmas Parade will be held on December 6th at 5:00pm. D. Received thank you letter from Thiel College for donating to the paving project. E. The audit report for Brian Arthur, Magisterial District Judge for the period January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013 is on file in the Borough Office. F. Received list of public input hearings regarding the rate increase requests of the First Energy Companies. There are forty four (44) additions to the Per Capita roll for tax year 2015 and one (1) permanent exoneration in the amount of $5.00 from the Greenville Tax office. B. Discuss motion accept the resignation of David Walsh from the Code Appeals Board effective November 10, 2014. C. Discuss motion to accept the resignation of Colin Banco as Part-Time Firefighter effective October 31, 2014. D. Discuss motion to advertise the following board open seats which will expire December 31, 2014: Airport Commission (All Members) – 1 year term Code Appeals Board (David Walsh) – 2 year term Code Appeals Board (Donald Cornman & Frank Vanderslice) – 5 year term Consistency Review Committee (Jasson Urey & 2 Vacant Seats) – 3 year term Planning Commission (Lisa Holm) – 4 year term Water Authority Board (John Gibson) – 5 year term Zoning Hearing Board (Paul Hamill & Alternate) – 3 year term E. Discuss motion to advertise for the special meeting to pass the 2015 budget and tax ordinances. F. Discuss motion to advertise the 2015 proposed budget. G. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1539 establishing the 2015 General Purposes Tax Rate (Raising the rate to 24.5 mills. Current rate is 21.5 mills). H. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1540 establishing the 2015 General Tax Rate for Indebtedness (8.58 mills). I. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1541 establishing the 2015 Earned Income Tax Rate (Lowering rates to 1.25% for residents, 1.092% for non-residents.
