Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to have Parking Lot E (behind the old Bessemer Building) appraised and to advertise for bids for sale of the property. C. Discuss motion to accept the retirement of Tim Keck from the Greenville Public Works Department effective July 15, 2016. D. Discuss motion to advertise for entry level full time position in the Public Works Department. E. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to put together bid specs for the garbage contract that is set to expire March 31, 2017. F.
