Notice to Proceed with housing rehabilitation at 34 First Avenue is on file at the Borough office. Discuss motion to advertise for the following open board seats which will expire December 31, 2017: - Civil Service Commission (Pete Longiotti) – 6 year term - Code Appeals Board (William Butler, Jr.) – 5 year term - Greenville/Hempfield Consistency Review Committee (Jasson Urey) – 3 year term - Greenville Planning Commission (John Hauser) – 4 year term - Vacancy Board (Frank Vanderslice) – 1 year term - Greenville Water Authority (J. Discuss motion to adopt the Cooperation Agreement between Mercer County and the Borough of Greenville for the FY2017 CDBG Program Administration. C. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company and Relief Association to appoint Robert McCauley to the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company. D. Discuss motion to accept the resignation of Officer Michael Murphy and a part-time police officer with the Greenville-West Salem Police Department as of October 27, 2017. E. Discuss motion to advertise the 2018 proposed Airport, General, Sewer and Storm Water Utility budgets. F. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1574 establishing the 2018 General Purposes Tax Rate (24.5 mills). G.
