The Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone Corporation Financial Statements for June 30, 2017 and 2016 are on file in the Borough office. C. The FEMA 2018 Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) has been changed to the replacement of equipment. D. The list of unpaid real estate and per capita taxes has been received from the Greenville Tax Collector and is on file in the Borough office. E. A hearing is set for Thursday February 15, 2018 at 7:30 pm in the Greenville High School Lecture Hall to discuss the creation of a Storm Water Authority. Discuss motion to set the Home Rule Charter information meeting on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 7pm at the Greenville Senior Center, 45 Alan Avenue, Greenville, PA 16125. B. Discuss motion to appoint _______________ to the Greenville/Hempfield Consistency Review Committee with a term expiring on December 31, 2020. - Jasson Urey NEW BUSINESS A. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to make application to the 2018 Municipal Intern Program for a GIS data collection project. The cost to the Borough will be no more than $2,324 for the intern. B. Discuss recommendation from the Civil Service Commission to purchase or jointly purchase the study materials for the promotional exams. C. Discuss motion to adopt the Borough of Greenville Organizational Flow Chart. D. Discuss creation of a Communications Committee of Council. E. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2018-04, Mercer County Hazard Mitigation Plan. F. Discuss correspondence from Attorney McConnell in regards to David and Gloria Melton property. G.
