Urey, Borough Manager Solicitor, Douglas, Joseph& Olson INFORMATIONAL: A. Tri-County will be having their Spring Leaf pick-up on Friday, April 13th. B. We will be testing the weather siren on Thursday, April 12, 2017 at 10am & 2pm. C. The Municipal Water Authority Audited Financial Statements for the years ending December 31, 2017 and 2016 are on file in the Borough office. D. Spring Into Action Day will be held on Saturday, April 28th from 9am until 11am. Main Street between Water Street and Mercer Street will be closed to help facilitate this event. E. We will be holding a public hearing on April 9, 2018 at 6:30pm to discuss reallocating the remaining portion of the Borough’s 2016 CDBG money from Senior Center Roof Project to Demolition/Clearance. F. Mercer County Boroughs Association 2018 Spring Meeting on Thursday, April 26th at 6pm. Location will be Stoneboro Volunteer Fire Company and the cost is $17.00 per person. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from the Director of Public Services & Community Development to hire ________________ for part-time summer help. C. Discuss motion to execute the Agreement for Limited Professional Services to be performed by Buchart Horn, Inc. for the Green Light Go Grant program project.
