Discuss motion to adopt Ordinance 1580, prohibiting parking on both sides of Packard Avenue from College Avenue to Route 18. B. Discuss motion to retain summer intern Collin Yake at a rate of $9.00/hr, on a part-time basis, through the end of 2018 to continue working on updating the Borough’s GIS software. D. Discuss recommendation from the Street Committee regarding the Water Authority project on Penn Avenue. E. Discuss motion to divest the Storm Water Utility to the Sanitary Authority F. Discuss motion to enter into an agreement with Salzman Hughes, P.C. to provide the legal support needed to divest the Storm Water Utility to the Sanitary Authority. G. Discuss motion to reduce 5 shifts in the Greenville Police Department. H. Discuss motion to request the Civil Service Commission to update the eligibility list for promotion from Part-Time Police Officer to Full-Time Police Officer. I.
