The list of unpaid real estate and per capita taxes has been received from the Greenville Tax Collector and is one file in the Municipal office. B. A copy of the audit report of the Liquid Fuels Tax Fund of the Borough of Greenville for two years ended December 31, 2018 is on file at the Municipal office. C. Discuss motion to adopt Ordinance 1595 to update the Greenville Borough Non-Uniform Pension Plan. No changes are being made to the plan, just updating it to IRS standards. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discuss motion to execute the Railroad Park land lease with Norfolk Southern. B. Discuss motion to award the bid from A. Graziani & Company Inc. in the amount of $40,000 for fuel system upgrades at the airport. C. Discuss motion to authorize the Town Manager to execute the grant agreement with the Fire Company and Emergency Medical Service Grant Program (FCEMSGP) for making the loan payments on the Squad Vehicle for the fire department in the amount of $15,000.00.
