Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2020-25 expanding the Enterprise Zone to include the corporate limits of the Town of Greenville. B. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2020-24 to sell the 1999 Bobcat Skid Loader. C. Discuss motion to approve a one (1) year extension of the Tri-County garbage contract. 2 D. Discuss motion to advertise for the following open board seats which will expire December 31, 2020:  Greenville Planning Commission (Casey Shilling) – 4 year term  Vacancy Board (Frank Vanderslice) – 1 year term  Greenville Water Authority (Walter Sankey) – 5 year term  Zoning Hearing Board (Amy Hollowell) – 3 year term  Zoning Hearing Board (Samantha Iliff) – 3 year term E. Discuss motion to advertise for an open seat on the Greenville Water Authority board with a term expiration date of December 31, 2022. F. Discuss motion to advertise the 2021 proposed Airport, General, Sewer and Storm Water Utility Budgets. G. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1596, establishing the 2021 General Purposes Tax Rate (24.5 mills). H. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1597, establishing the 2021 Special Purposes Fire Protection Services Tax Rate (3 mills). I. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1598, establishing the 2021 General Tax Rate for Indebtedness (10.58 mills). J. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1599, establishing the 2021 Earned Income Tax Rate (1.5% for residents and 1% for non-residents. This is a .5% increase for residents). K. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1600, establishing the 2021 Per Capital Rate (decreasing and eliminating the Per Capita Rate) L. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1601, establishing the 2021 Realty Transfer Tax Rate (1%. This is a .5% increase from the 2020 rate). M.
