Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2021-06, Disposal of Common Records B. Discuss motion to motion to set a joint special meeting of the Town Council and the Sanitary Authority for March 25th at 6:30pm. This meeting will be to adopt and authorize the loan papers for the bridge loan funding for the Sewer Plant Upgrade Project. C. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1604, Amending its Existing ACT 47 Exit Plan, by approving an eighteen-month extension to Greenville’s ACT 47 Plan. The eighteen-month extension will extend the exit date from April 9, 2022 to October 9, 2023. 2  D.
