UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. Discuss motion to adopt Ordinance 1619, to update the Greenville Town Police Pension
Plan, to waive the member contribution requirement for 2022.
B. Discuss motion to award a five-year refuse collection contract to the low bidder, Tri-County
Industries.
NEW BUSINESS:

A. Presentation from Hudson on the project for affordable senior housing at the former
Margret Brown Elementary Building.
B. Discuss motion to recognize and appreciate ______ as citizen of the month.

C. Discuss motion to enter into an employment agreement with John Chlpka as the Town
Clerical Assistant for a 1-year term.
D. Discuss motion from the Strategic Management Committee to adopt the Memorandum of
Understanding with AFSCME Local 2778 to put all employees on the pay tier for
employees hired prior to January 1, 2012, to have all new hires on a 90% pay tier for two
years, and pay all employees hired prior to January 1, 2012, a one time $5,000 stipend.
E. Discuss motion from the Strategic Management Committee to adopt the Memorandum of
Understanding with Teamsters Local Union 261 to put all employees on the pay tier for
employees hired prior to January 1, 2012, to have all new hires on a 90% pay tier for two
years, and pay all employees hired prior to January 1, 2012, a one time $5,000 stipend.
F. Discuss motion from the Strategic Management Committee to adopt the Memorandum of
Understanding with IAFF Local 1976 to put all employees on the pay tier for employees
hired prior to January 1, 2012, to have all new hires on a 90% pay tier for two years, and
pay all employees hired prior to January 1, 2012, a one time $5,000 stipend.
G. Discuss motion to authorize the Town Manager to sign the Letter of Intent to ask DCED to
help conduct a Regional Fire Study.
H. Discuss motion to authorize the Town Manager to apply for a Federal Byrne Justice
Assistance Grant (JAG) to help fund the Social Worker program within the Greenville
Police Department.
