A. Discuss motion to accept the low bid of $112,600.00 from Dore & Associates, Inc. for the
211 and 213 Main Street Demolition Project.
B. Discuss motion to accept the low bid of $167,300.00 from Dore & Associates, Inc. for the
173 and 175 Main Street Demolition Project.
C. Discuss motion to accept the low bid of $48,600.00 from Dore & Associates for the 132
Main Street Delolition Project.
D. Discuss motion to appoint Pennsylvania Construction Inspections as BCO for the Town of
Greenville.

E. Discuss motion to appoint Rosalynn Reagle as Zoning & Code Officer for the Town of
Greenville.
F. Discuss motion to approve the 2023 Minimum Municipal Obligations (MMO’s) for the
pension plans.
G. Discuss motion to accept the resignation of Edward Taczanowsky from the Zoning
Hearing Board.
H. Discuss motion to advertise for the vacant seat on the Zoning Hearing Board with a term
