K. Discuss the motion to authorize the Town Manager to submit a grant application for a Medical Marijuana Act Enforcement Grant through the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency. No matching funds are required. L. Discuss the motion to hire Barry Smith as a Department of Public Works Employee. M. Discuss the motion to authorize the Town Manager to apply for and execute the grant agreement for the 2023/2024 Fire Company and Emergency Medical Service Grant Program (FCEMSGP).
