A. Motion to adopt Ordinance 1632, repealing Ordinance 1615, and making amendments to the
collection and storage section (Article 1) of the Town’s Solid Waste Code (Chapter 463).

A. Motion to appoint _________ to the Planning Commission with a term ending December 31,
2024.

C. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-18 for appointment of an alternate member to the Zoning

E. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-15 authorizing the transfer of a liquor license from the City
of Sharon to the Borough of Greenville for the Majestic Bar & Grille, LTD.

F. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-16, Citizen Participation and Language Access Plans.
G. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-17 to make an application for the 2023 CDBG Program.
H. Motion to approve the 2024 Minimum Municipal Obligations (MMO’s) for the pension
plans.
I. Motion to ratify the collective bargaining agreement with the Teamsters Local Union 261
representing the Greenville Police Department for a 4-year term (1/1/2024 through
12/31/2027).
J. Motion to support Penn-Northwest's application to the Keystone Communities Program for a
planning grant to conduct a study of traffic along the Main Street corridor and that the Town
will commit up to $25,000 in matching funds for the study.
K. Motion to authorize the Town Manager to submit a grant application for a Medical
Marijuana Act Enforcement Grant through the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency.
No matching funds are required.
L. Motion to hire Barry Smith as a Department of Public Works Employee.
M. Motion to authorize the Town Manager to apply for and execute the grant agreement for the
2023/2024 Fire Company and Emergency Medical Service Grant Program (FCEMSGP).
