Motion to approve the 2024 Minimum Municipal Obligations (MMO’s) for the pension plans. I. Motion to ratify the collective bargaining agreement with the Teamsters Local Union 261 representing the Greenville Police Department for a 4-year term (1/1/2024 through 12/31/2027). J. Motion to support Penn-Northwest's application to the Keystone Communities Program for a planning grant to conduct a study of traffic along the Main Street corridor and that the Town will commit up to $25,000 in matching funds for the study. K. Motion to authorize the Town Manager to submit a grant application for a Medical Marijuana Act Enforcement Grant through the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency. No matching funds are required. L. Motion to hire Barry Smith as a Department of Public Works Employee. M.
