Motion to advertise Ordinance 1633 repealing Ordinance 1629 and authorizing debt to be incurred by way of a General Obligation Note in the amount not to exceed $899,298.00 through PENNVEST for the N. Main Street Storm Sewer Project. B. Motion to approve an amendment to the sales agreement for the former pool property with Thiel College to add that the Borough cover the costs of up to $5,000 for Thiel’s council fees to remove the parcel from its surety list for their bond.
