Street/Public Services UNFINISHED BUSINESS: A. Discuss motion to award the Sewer lateral Inspection contract with the only bid received for $250.00 for a residential inspection, and $350.00 for a commercial inspection, and no charge for a re-inspection to Steve Vosler, 376 Mercer Road, Greenville for sewer lateral inspections in the Town of Greenville for a period from February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2027, with the option of two additional one-year extensions. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discuss the motion to advertise Ordinance 1640 to update the Town of Greenville Police Pension Plan to waive the member contribution requirement for 2024. B. Discuss the motion to adopt the job description for the Director of Community Development. C. Discuss the motion to adopt the job description for the Assistant Director of Community Development. D. Discuss the motion to enter into an employment agreement with Jasson Urey as the Town Manager for a 2-year term at an annual salary of $80,000. E. Discuss the motion to enter into an employment agreement with Rosalynn Reagle as the Assistant Town Manager for a 2-year term at an annual salary of $70,000. F. Discuss the motion to enter into an employment agreement with David Hetrick as the Town Financial Assistant for a 2-year term at an annual salary of $65,000. G. Discuss the motion to enter into an employment agreement with Amy Hollowell as the Town Administrative Assistant for a 2-year term at an annual salary of $48,000. H. Discuss the motion to enter into an employment agreement with Carrie Marsteller as the Town Clerical Assistant for a 2-year term at an hourly wage of $19.23 an hour. I. Discuss the motion to enter into an employment agreement with Matthew Breedlove as the Town Director of Community Development for a 2-year term at an annual salary of $60,000. J. Discuss the motion to adopt Resolution 2024-01, appointing Mercer County Tax Collection Committee members. K. Discuss the motion to adopt Resolution 2024-02, amending the Civil Service Rule and Regulations for the Greenville Fire Department to add language for minimum years of service requirement. 3 L. Discuss the motion to authorize the Town Manager to sign an assessment agreement with Leathers and Associates to do an assessment of the playground in Riverside Park at the cost of $2,400. M. Discuss the motion to purchase a salt/sand spreader for the Trackless Vehicle for use on sidewalks for a cost of $9,050.
