VILLAGE OF GREENWICH – STATE OF OHIO Administration Offices: 45 Main Street. Greenwich, Ohio 44837 (419) 752-2441 December 15, 2015 Called to order at 7:00 PM. Moment of silence Pledge Council met in regular session with following members present: Phillips, King, Lloyd, Wilson, Shoemaker, Bovia, Chief Dorsey, Mayor Wes Sallee, Attorney Palmer, Clerk Betty Inmon, and Zoning Inspector Inmon. Lloyd move to accept the minutes of December1, 2015, Shoemaker seconded; Vote as follows: King Yes, Wilson Yes, Phillips Yes, Shoemaker Yes, Lloyd Yes, Bovia Yes Shoemaker moved to pay bills in the amount of $155,099.44, Wilson seconded; Vote as follows: King Yes, Wilson Yes, Phillips Yes, Shoemaker Yes, Lloyd Yes, Bovia Yes Clerk: N/A Visitors: Dorene and Ernie Beverly 30 Orchard Street, attended to undo a negative situation with neighbors. Resident Bryan Barr was present to introduce himself and oversee council making decisions. Committee Mtgs. Fireboard 1/04 7:00 PM Police 1/05 6:00 PM Ambulance 1/11 7:00 PM Utility 1/19 7:00 PM Records Committee 5/03 6:30 PM Administrator: Administrator was not present due to working on transformer. Police Chief’s Report: Working on EOY report; still working with CSX about blocking tracks for long lengths of time on Rt. 224 Zoning Inspector: Turned in 2 building and 3 zoning permits to clerk. Solicitor’s Report: Working with Utility Clerk on delinquent utility bills. Mayor’s Report: Was happy to see village come together for Christmas Parade and tree lighting. The village is slowly coming together as a community. Council Business: Discussion of truck and trailer parking at residential property. Mayor and council will be digging deeper into this problem after first of year referring to Ordinance and Zoning laws.
